End User License Agreement (EULA) of Argo Dynamics

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Argo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our software applications that integrate with QuickBooks and Gmail (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Argo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to: 1. Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Software 2. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software 3. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software 4. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Argo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Software. Argo may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Argo does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Argo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: 1. Your use or inability to use the Software 2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein 3. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Software 4. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Software

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our website. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
